FORMULATION AND MIXING OF RUBBER COMPOUNDS
Components of a designated formulation are weighed accurately into specified batches, so that they are perfectly dispersed and homegeeous.
Each batch is processed through a series of heavy duty mixing system at a designated cycle time and temperature.
The mixture obtained goes into an open mixer to enhance further homogenisation process.
Material is form into slabs or strip suitable for moulding or extrusion.
Quality testing and inspection.
